Our Work

For more than 30 years we’ve been refining our approach to designing, constructing and maintaining healthy buildings, with our residents front of mind. Finding good sites in great neighbourhoods has always been central to that approach. Beautiful, tranquil and well connected to amenities, Union Street is one of our favourite areas to build. To date, we’ve developed four projects in and around the area.

Completed in 2021, 17 Union Street, Brunswick is thoughtful series of apartments designed in collaboration with BKK Architects and Clare Cousins Architects. This building is ideally situated near Jewell Station, Sydney Road and a range of parklands.
