With much of the area protected by heritage status, this sense of tranquillity will be retained for many years to come.

The building’s aspect creates a sense of connection between the homes’ interiors and the exterior, without compromising privacy. All homes will have clear outlooks to the tree-lined streets, neighbouring suburbs or CBD, with many apartments offering dual-aspects. Hawthorn House, completed in 2019 by Edition Office: a series of refined interiors enveloped by arched concrete shells. Initially conceived as a structural element, the facade evolved through the design process to become a focal point that dynamically connects the building’s interiors with the external environment.
