For more than 30 years we’ve been refining our approach to designing, constructing and maintaining healthy buildings, with our residents front of mind. Finding good sites in great neighbourhoods has always been central to that approach. Beautiful, tranquil and well connected to amenities, Wilson Avenue is one of our favourite streets. To date, we’ve developed four projects in and around the area.

Our first project in the area, Jewell Station, Brunswick represents a new type of development that brings together distinctive design, sustainability and community infrastructure.

Like all Neometro projects, Jewell Station promotes wellbeing, prioritises sustainability and is engineered to last. The building will play a significant part in the urban renewal of this evolving Brunswick neighbourhood.
