For more than 30 years we’ve been refining our approach to designing, constructing and maintaining healthy buildings, with our residents front of mind. Finding good sites in great neighbourhoods has always been central to that approach. Beautiful, tranquil and well connected to amenities, St Kilda is one of our favourite neighbourhoods. To date, we’ve developed four projects in and around the area.

Our first project, Luxe is an exemplar of mixed-use development in the heart of one of Melbourne's historic entertainment precincts. Formerly an iconic bayside restaurant, Luxe has demonstrated great flexibility in the decades since its refurbishment, as the spaces within have functioned seamlessly as offices, apartments and studios at various points in their lifespan.

Situated on Inkerman Street, these amazing apartments in St Kilda have stood the test of time. Built in the late-1990s, the dwellings continue to meet the needs of their owners after more than two decades.

Drawing on the work/live model so successfully integrated into European life, Luxe centres on a visionary commitment by its development and design team to harness eminent flexibility of use, informed by an empathy for its surrounding neighbourhood.
