Luxe is an exemplar of mixed-use development and is recognised as a 'game changer' within the industry. Inspired by the warehouses seen in cities such as New York and London throughout the mid-1990s, Luxe emphasises loft-style spaces that offer a sense of space and volume that is often missing in a more conventional apartment.
