City Living: Neometro Residents and Works

Neometro is proud to present City Living: Neometro Residents and Works, a reflective volume celebrating four decades of work delivering beautiful, functional homes that prioritise community, design and wellbeing. Highlighting key projects completed over the years, the book features interviews and photography profiling a selection of residents.

Released by URO Publications and available at select retailers, the book was designed by Stuart Geddes and Žiga Testen, features photography by Derek Swalwell and Tom Ross, and includes written contributions by Neometro and James Cameron. It presents a curated selection of Neometro projects from the perspectives of residents, offering valuable insights into the everyday needs of communities—promoting connection and creating spaces that truly feel like home. The volume exemplifies high-density living at a pivotal moment in Australia’s housing future, emphasising the importance of homes that support both individual physical and emotional wellbeing.
Over the coming months, Neometro will share these narratives and insights, highlighting the ongoing significance of creating sustainable urban environments where people feel connected and at home. This publication is not only a celebration of Neometro's 40-year history but also a testament to the people, communities, and homes at the heart of everything we do.

A heartfelt thank you to the residents featured in City Living: Neometro Residents and Works for so generously opening their doors and sharing their stories. To those who brought this publication to life—Maitiú Ward and URO Publications, Stuart Geddes, Žiga Testen, James Cameron, Derek Swalwell, Tom Ross, and Annika Kafcaloudis—your creativity and dedication are truly appreciated.
