- Royal Australian Institute of Architects Sir Osborne McCutcheon Award for Commercial Architecture, 2000.

The City of Port Phillip encourages design excellence in architecture, sustainable development and urban art.
The 10th Design and Development Awards were held on the 20th May 2010 The awards brought together leaders in the construction industry to celebrate recent development within Port Phillip in eight categories, including the Mayor's award.
Neometro's project at 285 Bank Street South Melbourne was selected a finalist in category 2 : best new development 2-5 units.
